Job summary

Workskil Australia Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Talent and Mobility Consultant to lead end-to-end recruitment across our portfolio on a part-time basis (24 hours per week) for a 12-month fixed term.

You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, conduct screenings and interviews, and provide workforce insights while mentoring the team and delivering recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in internal recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across an allocated portfolio of roles and business areas.
• Leading and coordinating large-scale recruitment campaigns to achieve workforce outcomes.
• Partnering with hiring managers to provide expert recruitment advice, coaching and guidance.
• Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conducting candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, offers and negotiations.
• Building talent pools to support future workforce needs and reduce time to offer.
• Supporting recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Providing recruitment reporting, insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentoring team members and supporting more complex recruitment activities where required.
