Qualifications

• Valid Class C Drivers Licence.
• Demonstrated general administrative skills, including literacy, numeracy, basic computer proficiency, and cashier experience.
• Good customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage own workload, priorities and tasks.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate gatehouse systems accurately, including handling electronic payments and maintaining transaction records.
• Inspect and classify waste loads, educate customers on waste separation, and promote recycling practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized site environment, including litter collection and general upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including hazard reporting and correct use of PPE.
• Provide clear customer assistance and directions, including distributing educational materials and bin liners.
