Job summary

Salt is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support our Perth team on a part-time, temporary basis. You’ll be the heartbeat of the office, handling inquiries, coordinating shipments, and maintaining customer/vendor data in SAP and Salesforce.

The role involves assisting with meetings, onboarding HR processes, and supporting facilities. Immediate start available for the right candidate in a dynamic, collegial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Admin/Office Support roles.
• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Confident communicator, customer-focused, team-oriented.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact, welcome visitors and handle inquiries.
• Assist with weekly sales and planning meetings.
• Support Field Service Engineers by maintaining accurate site data.
• Maintain accurate customer/vendor data in SAP/Salesforce.
• Coordinate shipments, couriers and event materials.
