Job summary

Pacific West Foods Australia - North Rocks NSW is seeking a Sales Administrator on a temporary, full-time basis to support our nationwide sales administration team. An immediate start is preferred, based at North Rocks.

You will work with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and Customer Service to coordinate orders and maintain accurate records for timely order fulfilment and a positive customer experience during the busy season.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or customer service.
• Collaborative, with nationwide team experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail oriented.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM exposure valued.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, sales documentation and data entry accurately and within required timeframes.
• Maintain customer records, pricing information and sales databases.
• Assist with preparing sales reports, presentations and customer documentation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics and Customer Service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Respond to customer and internal sales enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, scheduling and follow-up activities.
• Assist with promotional activities, customer account maintenance and sales support projects.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the nationwide sales administration team and provide support when needed.
• Follow company policies, privacy requirements and workplace health and safety procedures.
