The successful candidate will manage vendors, review invoices, support budgeting and forecasting, and act as the regional point of contact.

Qualifikationen

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, IFM, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor management, financial oversight, and invoice processing.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control knowledge.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time role.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations across all sites in Australia, ensuring consistent IFM service delivery, quality, compliance, and efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Review and process invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with financial policies and tracking operational expenses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; monitor spend and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
• Serve as the primary regional contact, collaborating with internal teams and providing updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate across time zones as needed for the part-time role.
