Job summary

CBRE is offering a premium Sydney CBD asset based facilities coordinator role with a retail component within the IFM Investors portfolio. You’ll translate your experience coordinating maintenance, trades and service requests into a professional facilities career.

You’ll learn alongside experienced CBRE facilities and property professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to building services, contractors and day-to-day asset operations while developing technical, commercial and stakeholder skills for

Qualifications

Experience coordinating maintenance, trades, contractors, building services or related property activities.
Practical knowledge of work orders and service requests.
Strong organisation, judgement and ownership of follow-through.
Clear communication with trades, suppliers, tenants and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, work orders and service requests across the asset.
Arrange contractor attendance, inductions, access and follow-up, keeping stakeholders informed.
Support site inspections, record actions and help drive issues through to resolution.
Maintain accurate facilities, contractor, purchasing and compliance records.
Respond to tenant and building enquiries with a practical, service-led approach.
