Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees.
• Monitor the training and development of staff.
• Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare and manage budgets and capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
