Job summary

MAYDAY Recruitment partners with a respected pet aftercare organisation in Loganholme, QLD to recruit a compassionate Part-Time Client Care Coordinator.

Based in a fully office-based environment, you will handle a high volume of calls, coordinate pet collections, manage client records and assist with viewings while showing care and empathy for families during a difficult time. The role offers a three-day work week and a supportive team in a dedicated facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary clinic or animal care is highly regarded.
• Comfort with handling deceased pets and supporting families through grief.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate pet collections, bookings and communication between clients, veterinary clinics and internal teams.
• Prepare deceased pets for viewings with care and dignity; maintain viewing rooms and hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate client records and process payments; support operational tasks as required.
• Escalate client concerns or issues to the appropriate team as needed.
