MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a respected pet aftercare organisation in Bayswater, WA, seeking a compassionate Part-Time Client Care Coordinator. The role blends customer service, administration and hands-on pet aftercare in a busy, office-based setting.

You’ll manage calls, emails and data entry, supporting grieving clients with empathy, coordinating pet collections and viewings, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and data entry abilities.
• Experience handling high volumes of calls and emails.
• Ability to remain calm and professional with grieving clients.
• Reliable, organised and able to prioritise in a busy environment.
• Clear communication and teamwork across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails and online requests promptly and professionally.
• Support clients experiencing grief or distress with compassion and empathy.
• Enter data accurately, process payments and maintain client/veterinary records.
• Coordinate pet collections, bookings and communications between clients, clinics and internal teams.
• Welcome clients to viewings and prepare pets for viewings with care and dignity.
• Identify and escalate client or operational issues as required.
