MAYDAY Recruitment Group is partnering with a respected pet aftercare organization to find a compassionate and resilient Part-Time Client Care Coordinator in Bayswater, WA. This fully office-based role involves a mix of customer service, administration, and practical pet aftercare tasks to support families during a difficult time.

You’ll handle calls and emails, enter data accurately, coordinate pet collections, and prepare viewing rooms while maintaining high standards of hygiene and care.

• Strong administration and data-entry skills.
• Experience handling high-volume calls and emails with empathy.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Willingness to assist with practical pet aftercare tasks.

Responsabilités

• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Support grieving clients with compassionate service while maintaining professionalism.
• Enter data accurately, process payments and maintain records.
• Coordinate pet collections, bookings and communications between clients, clinics and internal teams.
• Prepare viewing rooms and assist with pet aftercare activities as required.
• Identify and escalate client concerns or operational issues as needed.
