Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, admin support, payments, and handling calls with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role within healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patients and staff.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with practice management software.
• Genuine passion for high-quality customer service; specialist reception experience valued.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring comfort and attentiveness.
• Schedule appointments and manage the patient booking system.
• Provide admin support including filing, data entry, and records management.
• Handle payments, process claims, and maintain financial records.
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive patient information.
