Bupa Bowral Medical Hub in Bowral, NSW is hiring a Casual Medical Receptionist to warmly welcome patients, manage front-desk duties, and keep the clinic running smoothly.

You'll coordinate appointments, assist with payments and health insurance queries, register new patients, and liaise with the care team. GP Medical Receptionist experience and Best Practice familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous GP Medical Receptionist experience is required.
• Experience with Best Practice software is preferred.
• Greet patients professionally and manage registrations accurately in the clinic system.
• Coordinate appointments and support the care team to ensure smooth operations.
