Job summary

Journey Beyond, Australia's leading experiential tourism group, is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to develop, drive and deliver the internal communications strategy across the organisation.

This hands-on, part-time role is based in Adelaide or Sydney with some travel; you will own content creation, channel management, leadership communications, newsletters, town halls and campaigns to strengthen culture and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal, corporate communications.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders on messaging and strategy.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; capable of strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and drive the organisation's internal communications strategy.
• Advise senior leaders and stakeholders on messaging and approaches; drive change.
• Create and deliver engaging content across channels including newsletters and campaigns.
• Manage and maintain internal communications platforms and channels daily.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver internal events, town halls and engagement initiatives.
• Develop leadership communications and executive messaging.
• Ensure alignment of communications with business objectives and culture.
• Monitor and measure effectiveness and act on insights.
