Journey Beyond is Australia's leading experiential tourism group with 35 brands across Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead national campaigns for Resorts & Lodges, collaborating with our Marketing & Communications team to drive acquisition, loyalty, and revenue.

The role is based in either Sydney or Adelaide with travel to partner locations as needed. You will oversee annual plans, manage a team, coordinate across media channels, and ensure our brand messaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications required.
• Minimum 5 years in a marketing role, preferably in travel/tourism.
• Experience delivering integrated, performance-led marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets.
• Execute campaigns across TV, press, paid search, paid social, digital display, radio/outdoor.
• Lead SEO/SEM and GEO strategy with Digital Experience team.
• Manage Marketing Executives and Coordinators, monitor workload and performance.
• Oversee production of campaign assets and branded collateral.
• Support social media strategy and content calendar.
• Collaborate with sales for collateral and trade campaigns.
