Journey Beyond is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to develop and deliver our internal communications strategy. This hands-on role drives channel management, content creation, and leadership messaging across a national footprint, including Adelaide and Sydney offices.

You will work with senior leaders to shape consistent messaging, manage campaigns, and measure outcomes, while collaborating across multiple locations and travel as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of internal corporate communications experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and craft key messaging.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience delivering multi-channel internal communications programs.
