Job summary

Clarity Health Care seeks a motivated HR and Payroll Administrator to support our People & Culture and Finance teams. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will ensure employees are supported throughout their lifecycle and payroll is processed accurately and on time.

The role includes onboarding/offboarding, maintaining HR records, payroll administration, employment documentation, and general HR coordination with additional admin support to Finance during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Certification in human resources, business administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the accurate processing of fortnightly payroll and assist with reconciliations and reporting.
• Liaise with managers and employees on roster changes, leave requests and shift coverage.
• Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS, supporting data integrity as headcount grows.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contract variations, probation reviews and HR correspondence.
• Support recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and reference checks.
• Assist with performance review cycles.
• Support compliance obligations including WWCC and police checks.
• Handle HR and payroll inquiries via shared inboxes and phone with professionalism.
