Job summary

Proquest Recruitment & Training on the Gold Coast is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support onboarding through payroll and compliance across The Five Bridges Alliance. You will help maintain records and HR systems, and partner with managers.

If you are organized, detail-oriented and enjoy improving processes, this role offers variety and development opportunities, with flexible working arrangements including work from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or payroll support preferred.
• Able to assist with onboarding and employment changes.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Payroll preparation and payroll administration activities.
• Maintaining employee records and HR systems (Employment Hero).
• Preparing employment contracts, letters and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinating onboarding, employment changes and offboarding activities.
• Monitoring compliance requirements including licences, checks and clearances.
• Preparing HR, payroll and workforce reports.
• Supporting recruitment administration and candidate communications.
• Responding to employee and manager enquiries.
• Contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the HR function.
