Job summary

HelpAlong Pty Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our people and culture function. Based at Strathpine, you will partner with leaders to deliver a people strategy, manage performance, compliance and workforce development. The role is 20-25 hours per week across 3-4 days with flexible hours.

You will oversee HR policy, reporting, and a small HR team, ensuring audit-ready records and alignment with our values and disability/service focus.

Qualifications

• Tertiary HRM or related degree.
• Experience in a generalist HR role with leadership exposure.
• Knowledge of SCHADS Award and employment legislation.
• Familiarity with NDIS Quality & Safeguards framework.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on performance management and ER.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act and SCHADS Award.
• Develop and maintain HR policies.
• Undertake monthly HR data reporting for executives.
• Lead and support HR team and interns.
• Build and develop HR function to meet priorities.
• Maintain audit-ready HR records per NDIS standards.
• Own cultural recognition and internal comms reflecting values.
