Care Hub Australia Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an NDIS Human Resources Officer to support the full employee lifecycle, focusing on screening, training, documentation and compliance. The role works closely with Management, Operations and Care teams to deliver a high-quality, person-centred workforce for NDIS participants.

The role handles recruitment, onboarding, records, and ongoing workforce compliance, including NDIS screening checks and mandatory training.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Officer or HR Administrator in care/disability sector.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiar with employee records management and onboarding processes.
• Experience with NDIS screening and compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment of Support Workers and other employees and coordinate interviews.
• Review applications and conduct initial screening.
• Coordinate reference checks and pre-employment checks.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
• Coordinate induction and ensure paperwork is completed.
• Verify qualifications, certificates and other documentation.
• Set up and maintain accurate employee records.
• Manage NDIS Worker Screening Checks and expiry dates.
• Monitor First Aid, CPR and mandatory training compliance.
• Maintain training and qualification registers.
• Follow up outstanding compliance requirements with employees and managers.
