Job summary

Angelic Care is a boutique Registered NDIS Provider seeking a part-time Human Resources Coordinator to manage day-to-day HR tasks. The role operates Tue and Thu, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM and focuses on recruitment, onboarding, records, and compliance within a disability support context.

You will work with Employment Hero, SCHADS Award compliance, and maintain confidential employee information while supporting a growing team in Queensland.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Human Resources / People & Culture role.
• Knowledge of SCHADS Award and Fair Work/National Employment Standards.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks and employment offers.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Support with HR policies, procedures and documentation.
• Assist with performance management, investigations and employee relations as required.
• Maintain HR systems (Employment Hero) and ensure data accuracy.
