Job summary

Taylors Wines in Sydney is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator (2–3 days/week) to manage day-to-day HR activities across head office and sales teams. You will handle recruitment, performance management, training, policy updates and offboarding under the HR Manager's guidance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in HR, strong discretion, and a working knowledge of HRIS and employment law, with a willingness to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in human resources, FMCG preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and confidentiality is desirable.
• Understand the Fair Work Act and related employment law.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve HR systems and employee self-service.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment cycles with hiring managers.
• Contribute to staff training and development initiatives.
• Support policy development and the Policy Committee.
• Coordinate and book staff training sessions.
• Manage the company vehicle fleet.
