Job summary

Your New Company in Sydney seeks an HR Advisor to support people development, HR processes and associate services, reporting to a supportive HR Manager. You will deliver core HR support, coordinate recruitment, onboarding and training, drive probation, performance and salary reviews, support Work Health and Safety compliance, and help embed the organisation's values across People & Culture practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HR role is essential.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• High level of integrity when following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core HR support by guiding staff, managing records, and updating company policies.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, agency communication, prepare employment contracts, and manage onboarding and training.
• Facilitate employee development by coordinating probation, performance, and salary reviews.
• Support Work Health and Safety compliance while analysing workforce data for HR reports.
• Promote and embed the organisation's values across all People & Culture practices.
