Job summary

BEST Disability Support Pty in Slacks Creek, QLD, is seeking an HR Coordinator two days per week to lead end-to-end HR operations across our campuses. You will manage onboarding, exits, recruitment, SCHADS award compliance, inductions, and staff training, while maintaining records and coordinating staff development.

This role requires a tertiary HR qualification or substantial hands-on experience, proficiency with Google Workspace and Tanda, and willingness to travel between Hillcrest,

Qualifications

• Onboarding, exits and recruitment processes
• SCHADS award compliance
• G-Suite experience desired but not essential
• Experience with Tanda or similar HR software
• Willingness to travel between five campuses across Hillcrest, Greenbank, Slacks Creek, Shailer Park and Crestmead

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, exits and recruitment
• Maintain staff records and inductions
• Support staff relations and conflict resolution
• Coordinate staff training and compliance
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required
