BEST Disability Support Pty in Slacks Creek, QLD, is seeking an HR Coordinator two days per week to lead end-to-end HR operations across our campuses. You will manage onboarding, exits, recruitment, SCHADS award compliance, inductions, and staff training, while maintaining records and coordinating staff development.

This role requires a tertiary HR qualification or substantial hands-on experience, proficiency with Google Workspace and Tanda, and willingness to travel between Hillcrest,

BEST Disability Support – Slacks Creek QLD

BEST Disability Support is an NDIS-funded learning centre in Logan that teaches real life and work skills with tangible results through modern programs young adults actually want to engage in. We offer both group and 1:1 supports, as well as community access supports to young people aged 16-30.

The Role

We are looking for an HR Coordinator with a passion for disability support and keen attention to detail to join our fast-growing company 2 days per week.

Your Duties

The HR Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including but not limited to:

• Onboarding, exiting, and recruitment
• SCHADS award compliance
• Staff inductions
• Staff compliance and conflict resolution
• Employee & industrial relations
• Assigning staff training
• Updating staff records
• Ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Your Skills

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent - or extensive demonstrated experience - in HR essential
• Experience with SCHADS award essential
• Experience with the entire G-Suite including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc. desirable but not essential
• Experience with Tanda or similar
• Willingness to travel between our five campuses across Hillcrest, Greenbank, Slacks Creek, Shailer Park, and Crestmead as needed
