SkyCity Adelaide is expanding its Front Office team and seeking a Guest Service Agent on a Part-Time basis. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel Front Office environment is highly regarded.
• Strong guest service focus and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to guests.
• Perform guest check-in and check-out tasks.
• Handle guest enquiries and requests professionally.
• Manage and update online and phone reservations.
• Verify and settle guests' accounts upon completion of their stay.
• Liaise with other hotel departments to accommodate guests' needs.
• Complete daily checklists and review reports/logs.
• Upsell additional facilities and services.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and amenities.
