SkyCity Adelaide is expanding its award-winning Front Office team and seeks a Part-Time Guest Service Agent to deliver world-class service in a luxury environment.

You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle enquiries, reservations, and liaise with housekeeping, concierge, spa and gaming teams to exceed guest expectations.

Ideal candidates have luxury hotel front office experience, excellent English, polished presentation, and a proactive, guest-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel Front Office environment is highly regarded.
• Strong guest service focus and problem-solving capability.
• Confident using Microsoft Office; Opera experience highly advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
• Self-motivated, driven and energised to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent grooming and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Perform all guest check-in and check-out tasks and update room allocations.
• Handle all guest enquiries, requests, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage and update online and phone reservations.
• Verify and settle guests accounts upon the completion of their stay.
• Liaise with other hotel departments such as housekeeping, concierge, spa, and the gaming team to accommodate guests' needs.
• Complete daily checklists and review daily reports/logs.
• Upsell and reserve additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
• Provide information about the hotel facilities, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
