Crystalbrook Riley in Cairns is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional hospitality in a luxurious five-star setting. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, answer inquiries and tailor experiences with a genuine Spirit of Wonder.

This part-time role requires flexibility across a 7-day roster, including evenings and night shifts. Candidates with guest service experience and a passion for people will thrive in our collaborative Front Office team.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel guest service experience preferred.
• Passion for interacting with guests and anticipating needs.
• Availability to work 7-day roster including evenings and night.
