Ceramic Artisans Dental Lab in Chatswood is seeking an experienced Dental Lab Admin Assistant for a part-time position. You will support the lab with patient orders, customer service, and inventory management, working closely with clinicians and lab technicians.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.

• Experience with dental lab management software is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Previous administrative experience in a medical or dental setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: answer calls and emails from clients (dentists, offices, patients).
• Order Management: process and track incoming dental orders and keep records.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain patient records, progress reports, and invoices.
• General Office Support: filing, data entry, and related clerical tasks.
