Ceramic Artisans Dental Lab in Chatswood is seeking a part-time Dental Lab Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the dental laboratory.

You will manage patient orders, handle customer inquiries, assist with inventory, and support clinicians and lab technicians. The role requires strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with dental software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with dental terminology is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in medical/dental admin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients (dentists, dental offices, patients).
• Process and track incoming dental orders; maintain records of orders, deliveries, and materials used.
• Assist with inventory management and generate invoices and billing reports.
• Maintain detailed and organised patient records, including order specifications and progress reports.
• Perform general clerical duties and keep the office space organised and efficient.
