Responsabilidades

• Manage patient check-in and check-out and coordinate appointment scheduling.
• Explain procedures, timelines and costs; guide patients through treatment plans.
• Prepare quotes and discuss payment options; assist with payment plans or insurance claims.
• Follow up on pending treatments and manage patient communications for a seamless experience.
• Handle phone calls, emails and patient enquiries with professional empathy.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with the practice manager and senior dentist.
• Assist clinicians with stock and inventory management.
• Keep the reception area well-presented and organised.
