Alpha Denture Clinic Limited in Panania, NSW, is seeking a Dental Receptionist & Clinical All-Rounder for a part-time role (3 days per week). You will manage the front desk, handle billing, and support the busy clinic with sterilisation and setup between patients.

The role includes using Dental for Windows (D4W) and Xero for accounting, providing warm patient interactions to an older demographic, and contributing to a low-drama, long-term workplace. Training will be provided in clinic procedures.

• Communication & Heart: you have a warm phone manner and patient service approach.

• Ideally Having Dental Experience: familiarity with dental clinic workflows is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the front desk: greet patients, answer calls, create a welcoming experience.
• Clinic administration: schedule appointments, process billing/HICAPS and cash, use Dental for Windows (D4W) and Xero.
• Clinical assisting: clean and set up the clinic between patient visits.
• Infection control: sterilise instruments and maintain hygiene standards.
• Keeping things ticking: dispatch lab work, order supplies, maintain lab area.
