Job summary

CommBank Moruya Branch is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist for a part-time 21-hour-per-week roster. You will assist customers with home loans, business banking and financial advice, plus handle account enquiries and credit applications.

You will educate customers on branch technology and digital banking options, solve problems, and uphold our risk-aware culture in a busy retail environment. This role offers meaningful work within a supportive community setting.

• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in financial services, retail or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain financial terms clearly.

Responsibilities

• Have in-depth conversations with customers about banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
• Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products.
• Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
• Problem solve & provide effective solutions whilst championing our processes, procedures & drive our risk-adverse culture.
