Job summary

First Contact Pty Ltd is seeking an Assistant Concierge at Melbourne’s 111 Bourke Street site. This part-time role runs 12:00 pm–6:00 pm, supporting a premium corporate environment by delivering a warm arrival experience for tenants, visitors and guests.

You will work alongside the Concierge team to manage front-of-house operations, respond to enquiries, and ensure building protocols and access procedures are followed with professionalism and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concierge, hospitality or customer service.
• Strong communication and proactive approach.
• Comfort with using technology and reception systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome for tenants, visitors and guests.
• Manage day-to-day concierge duties and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Process guest check-ins using the Sine visitor management system.
• Manage visitor passes and access procedures in line with building protocols.
• Support front-of-house operations and collaborate with the Concierge team.
• Maintain high service standards across the reception area.
