Connect Hearing Tuggerah is seeking a dedicated Client Care Representative to deliver outstanding service to our predominantly older clients. This permanent part-time role is 15.2 hours across two days (Mon-Wed) and supports our clinicians with appointments, billing and clinic operations.

You will welcome clients, manage phone and email communications, assist with admin tasks, and learn a range of software.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face customer service or administration.
• Ability to provide an exceptional client experience.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes clients and manages their experience.
• Schedules and confirms appointments.
• Provides administrative support to clinicians.
• Manages day-to-day clinic operations (open/close).
• Handles clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
