Job summary

Sonova Group, a global leader in hearing health, is hiring a Client Care Representative (PT) at our Tuggerah clinic. This role supports older clients with exceptional service and administrative tasks in a busy, patient-focused environment.

Two days per week (15.2 hours) between Monday and Wednesday, with full training and ongoing support. You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, handle billing, and use clinic software.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in face to face customer service and/or administration role.
• Passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Availability and willingness to travel between Nedlands and Como clinic locations as part of a fixed weekly roster.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming our clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients.
• Providing administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures.
• Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
• Billing our clients correctly and taking a range of payments.
• Learning and competently using a range of software and applications.
