Job summary

Neurosensory is seeking a Client Care Representative to provide exceptional service to clients and support day-to-day clinic operations across our Sydney network of hearing clinics. You’ll be the welcoming face, part of a supportive team, with full training provided.

This permanent part-time role runs Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, offering a great work-life balance with long weekends. You’ll grow with us and build a long‑term career in a market-leading hearing health company.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience working within a team environment.
• Strong judgement and delivery of administrative services.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment schedules for audiologists and reschedule as needed.
• Greet clients and update records at the clinic.
• Assist with client and doctor enquiries.
• Answer clinic phone calls and emails.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices.
• Accurate billing of appointments.
• Other general office duties.
