Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and plating within assigned section, ensuring consistency with recipes and portioning standards.
• Assist with menu development and seasonal adaptations with the Chef team.
• Supervise and coach junior kitchen staff, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage waste to control costs.
• Maintain kitchen standards and health regulations across shifts.
