Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage your kitchen section efficiently and support other sections as needed.
• Take charge at the pass and monitor food and labour costs within budget.
• Maintain high-quality, well-presented dishes in line with property guidelines and timelines.
• Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff.
