The Point is seeking experienced Chef de Partie candidates for casual roles across our Sydney venues. You will take ownership of your station, deliver high quality dishes and collaborate with a talented kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant or pub.
• Passion for cooking, quality ingredients and contemporary cuisine.
• Strong technical cooking skills with attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to manage your own section and deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.
• Positive hands-on attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of your kitchen section and maintain exceptional quality.
• Manage preparation, stock rotation, portion control and wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety and kitchen organisation.
