Responsibilities include owning your kitchen section, managing prep, stock rotation, portions and wastage, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. You will work within a supportive, collaborative kitchen that values teamwork and excellence, with shifts across venues.

Qualifications

• Proven CDP experience in restaurant or pub setting.
• Passion for quality ingredients and contemporary cuisine.
• Strong technical cooking skills with attention to detail and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your kitchen section, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Manage preparation, stock rotation, portion control and wastage to support efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety and kitchen organisation.
• Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service and memorable dining experiences.
