Job summary

Workforce Extensions Sunshine Health is seeking an experienced Scheduling Officer to support Solara Health's in-home care services for older Australians. This permanent part-time role (about 25 hours per week) is based at our Caboolture head office, offering a busy, client-focused environment.

You will coordinate rosters across Victoria and Queensland, match workers to clients, manage changes, and maintain accurate records in TRACCS.

Qualifications

• Scheduling/ rostering experience in a similar environment.
• Strong data-entry and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Calm, professional approach in high-pressure settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain support worker rosters across Victoria and Queensland offices.
• Ensure suitable Support Workers are matched with clients based on skill level, availability, client needs and interpersonal compatibility.
• Manage roster changes, unplanned leave and shift allocations promptly; identify and resolve rostering gaps.
• Proactively mitigate service disruptions and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain professional correspondence with internal staff and Managers via email, phone and messages.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails and messages from clients and Support Workers.
• Maintain accurate client and employee information within the TRACCS rostering system.
• Work collaboratively with Care Partners, Operations and other departments.
• Provide high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure company policies, procedures and protocols are adhered to.
