Job summary

Pearl Home Care Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Scheduler to ensure the right support worker attends the right home at the right time. You will build weekly rosters, handle sick calls and urgent requests, and align worker skills with client needs across the Gold Coast region.

You will manage communication with clients and workers, maintain roster accuracy, and follow award rules. Part-time is preferred, with full-time also considered; a supportive team and full training are provided.

Qualifications

• Calm under pressure and able to prioritise when multiple shifts overlap.
• Problem-solver who enjoys coordinating who goes where and when.
• Detail-focused to avoid mis-time or wrong addresses.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage weekly rosters for Support at Home, private and brokerage clients.
• Fill gaps quickly: cover sick calls, cancellations and urgent new services.
• Match the right worker to the right client considering skills, preferences, and location.
• Plan efficient runs to minimise travel time and stabilise worker hours.
• Roster within SCHADS award rules, with training provided.
