Job summary

Chief & Co is seeking an experienced Café Admin to support the Director across multiple sites. This is primarily an administration and operational coordination role, not a Café Manager position.

You will work behind the scenes to keep locations organised, ensure key tasks are completed and provide consistent follow-up across the business. Working closely with the Director, you will take ownership of day-to-day operational administration, rostering, supplier management and staff logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in cafe, hospitality, or multi-site administration.
• Experience with rostering, timesheets, stock control and supplier ordering.
• Excellent organisation and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, reliable, solution-focused approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly staff rosters across all locations.
• Review timesheets, leave requests and shift coverage.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and staff training.
• Monitor completion of training and provide follow-up support.
• Manage supplier ordering across all locations.
• Oversee opening, closing, cleaning and operational checklists.
• Maintain staff records and internal systems.
