Job summary

Bella's Wonderland on the Gold Coast is seeking a confident Café Supervisor to lead our team during shifts, ensure smooth service and uphold quality coffee and food standards.

You’ll coach team members, handle busy periods with calm efficiency, maintain cleanliness and safety, and communicate with management to support daily operations while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or cafe environment preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and school holidays.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the café team during shifts

• Take orders, prepare and serve food and drinks when required
• Ensure food quality, presentation and service standards are maintained
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering

• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Train and support new team members
• Communicate effectively with management regarding daily operations and staffing

We’re looking for a confident, reliable and hands-on Café Supervisor to join our team.

You’ll help lead the café team, keep service running smoothly during busy periods, and make sure our customers receive friendly, efficient service every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the café team during shifts
• Lead by example and maintain a positive team environment
• Confidently make quality coffee and other café beverages
• Take orders, prepare and serve food and drinks when required
• Ensure food quality, presentation and service standards are maintained
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
• Ensure café areas are clean, organised and well presented
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health & safety procedures
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Train and support new team members
• Communicate effectively with management regarding daily operations and staffing
