Job summary

Frontline Hospitality SA & NT is seeking Café Managers and Assistant Café Managers in Adelaide to lead busy venues with hands-on leadership. You will oversee day-to-day operations, set service standards, and drive team performance in a fast-paced café environment.

Qualifications

The Role

Working closely with senior leadership, Café Managers and Assistant Café Managers will oversee the day-to-day operations of their venue, leading from the front and setting the standard for service and team performance. These are hands-on roles suited to confident operators who thrive in a fast-paced café environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating café teams to deliver outstanding service
• Managing daily operations including rosters, sales, and stock control
• Training, mentoring, and developing team members
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards
• Supporting business performance through strong systems and communication

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Café Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of café operations, coffee, and food service
• Proven ability to lead, train, and engage teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused leadership style
