CommBank is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist for the Narooma Branch to deliver everyday banking support and financial guidance. This part-time role (21.75 hours per week) focuses on helping customers with home loans, accounts, and digital banking solutions while maintaining a high standard of service.

You’ll engage with customers, answer enquiries, process applications for credit products, and demonstrate in-branch technology.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in financial services, retail, or hospitality
• Excellent communication and ability to explain financial terms clearly
• Ability to ask questions, find solutions, and place the customer at the centre
• Capable of working in a busy retail environment while offering holistic solutions

Responsabilidades

• Have in-depth conversations with customers about banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice
• Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products
• Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of in-branch technology and digital banking options
• Problem solve and provide effective solutions while following processes and risk controls
