You will work with the Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver outstanding customer outcomes, referring more complex needs to specialists and helping customers use in-branch technology and digital banking options.

Responsibilities

• Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations
• Assist customers with in-branch technology and digital banking options
• Address customers' transactional needs in-branch and ensure they leave satisfied
• Interview and process applications for personal loans, credit cards and related products
• Adhere to Bank processes and accurately reconcile transactions
• Engage with customers by participating in community events and fundraising activities
• Support team safety and wellbeing and use tools to capture customer feedback and drive improvements
