IMB Bank Narooma is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a part-time role (Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 8.45am-5.15pm) with casual positions also available to cover Moruya/Batemans Bay. You will assist customers with banking and insurance needs, handle cash, and use various technologies and digital platforms.

Your focus will be on delivering great service, exploring financial solutions, and working with the branch team to achieve targets while adhering to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in any industry.
• Flexible availability: casual MON-FRI or part-time WED-THU-FRI.
• Cash handling experience and attention to detail.
• Interest in building a career in banking.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via face-to-face, phone and online channels.
• Identify and discuss financial solutions to meet customer needs.
