Job summary

IMB Bank is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our community-focused team across ACT branches. The role offers part-time three days per week and a casual option with flexible availability.

You will engage members across in-branch, phone and online channels to understand financial needs and provide excellent service. Key duties include cash handling, operating across branches with support from the Branch Manager, and delivering compliant, high-quality customer experiences

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and service, in any industry.
• Flexible availability Monday-Friday.
• Cash handling skills, with an eye for detail.
• A learning mindset and ambition to build a career in banking.
• Aptitude for technology and proficiency in MS Office programs/apps.
• Honesty, integrity and adherence to procedures in a regulated environment.
• Flexible approach, initiative, prioritisation and problem solving.
