Job summary

IMB Limited is seeking two part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our South Western Sydney team. Roles are Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day, based at Oran Park and Macarthur Square with training, then covering branches across Sydney South-West.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, a genuine interest in financial services, and own transport. You’ll handle cash, use MS Office, and support branch teams while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Able to work Monday-Friday.
• Own transport and located Campbelltown and/or Oran Park.
• Demonstrated interest, experience or education relating to financial services.
• Cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail.
• A learning mindset and ambition to build a career in the banking industry.
• An aptitude for technology and proficient in MS Office programs/apps.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers with their banking and insurance needs face to face, over the phone and online.
• Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve their position.
• Using various technologies, systems and digital platforms.
• Cash handling, balancing and administrative duties.
• Working with Branch Managers and teams to collectively achieve the goals and objectives.
• Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures.
